SHIPPING & RETURNS Cimarron Sports offers standard UPS and FedEx Ground Delivery within the continental U.S. We will not ship internationally, except for Canada. Hawaii and Alaska customers, please contact our customer service department for more details. Processing: Shipping Surcharge: Returns: Custom orders and any orders that are cut or altered for you are final. Warranty replacement is available for defective products that are covered by a manufacturer's warranty at any time during the warranty period. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees which are non-refundable. Should you need to return merchandise, please contact our customer service department to obtain a RMA number. (return merchandise authorization) Repack the merchandise and return it to the following address. Please be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure proper credit.
